What if I am delayed? – Before you go away we will give you a business card with our contact details. If you are going to be delayed and need us to make more visits to your home simply contact us by phone or email. We will ALWAYS acknowledge your message so if you do not hear you must try again until you do. The service will be extended at the terms agreed for the original contract and we will ensure that the correct food is supplied, when necessary (and other requirements such as litter) for which we will produce an invoice and appropriate receipts upon your return.
How do I know who you are? – We will provide you with references if you so wish and you will always meet us before any contract is signed. Both parties will be under no obligation at the initial meeting to sign up to our service.
Can I make regular bookings? – If you know that you are away frequently you will be able to set up an account with us and make a regular booking.
How do I know you will not be too busy to visit my cat or spend time with him? – Providing an excellent service is very important to us. We will never over-book which will ensure that we can provide the right amount of time for each client every day that they are in our care. We also provide you with a diary of our visits and are happy to arrange email or text updates as frequently as you want.
My relative has just been taken into hospital unexpectedly – can you help? - We certainly can! Please contact us to make arrangements. We would ask you to bear in mind that the person signing the agreement for us to provide service will take responsibility for the instruction and will be liable for the cost.
My cat has to have regular medication, will you administer that whilst I am away? – Unless the medication requires specialist knowledge & training to administer, we will be happy to do this but we will ask you to provide us with full, written instructions.
Do you provide the food? – No, we ask our clients to leave sufficient food and anything else required (e.g. litter, medication etc) to cover the period of absence.
