OUR SERVICE

Our service is designed to make sure your pet is happy and comfortable during your absence and to reduce the stress they often feel when their normal routine is disrupted.

What do we do?

♥  Visit your cat(s) in your home twice each day (or as agreed with us).

♥  Feed them in accordance with your instructions.

♥  Change litter, wash bowls and clean feeding areas.

♥  Change pet bed linen.

♥  Administer medication (to specific instruction).

♥  Groom as necessary.

♥  We place a diary in your property which is filled in and signed on each visit and left for your information.

♥  In the event of unforeseen illness or injury we will take the cat to your vets (full details lodged with us prior to departure) and make immediate contact with you.

AND MOST IMPORTANT

♥  Spend a minimum of half an hour per visit giving your cat cuddles and attention!

Additional Services Available

At your request, and for a small additional cost, we can:

♥  Provide you with texts or emails at agreed intervals to update you on the welfare of your cat.

♥  Open and close curtains, collect post and water plants.

We promise you that your cat will be treated with love and respect, giving you peace of mind whilst you are away.

What do we ask you to do?

Please ensure that you have catered for:

► sufficient food for your cat to last throughout the period you are away

►  sufficient cat litter is provided (if appropriate)

►  where medication is required, that there is sufficient to cover the period of absence and that we are provided with full written instructions on how it is to be administered.
